SHIPPING POLICY

Digital Products

All digital downloads (eBooks, digital content) are delivered instantly via email upon successful checkout. You will receive a download link at the email address provided during purchase. Please check your spam folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes. Digital products do not require physical shipping.

Print-on-Demand Products

Our print-on-demand items (apparel, physical books, and other merchandise) are custom-made for you and shipped directly from our trusted supplier.

• Processing & Production Time: 3-5 business days
• Shipping Time: Varies by location (typically 5-10 business days for domestic orders)
• Total Delivery Time: Please allow 8-15 business days from order placement to delivery

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Important Notes

• Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded
• Print-on-demand items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged
• Orders containing both digital and physical items will have the digital portion delivered immediately, while physical items will ship separately
