Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship our books within the United States but digital downloads are available everywhere. Our Print On Demand items ship to most countries. If you're outside this area and would love to order, reach out through our Contact page — we're always looking to expand.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. Digital downloads are delivered instantly to your email — no shipping wait at all!
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Just click the link to follow its journey to your door.
Returns
How do I return an item?
We want you to love your Thinking Tiger Books order! If something isn't right, contact us at sales@thinkingtigerbooks within 10 days of delivery and we'll walk you through the return process. Please note: digital downloads (printables, worksheets, coloring pages) are final sale and not eligible for return, since they're delivered instantly. Print on Demand orders are not eligible for return or refunds as they are made to order for you.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your refund. You'll get a confirmation email once it's complete.
Can I exchange for a different item?
No. Our digital downloads, Print on Demand, and books are not eligible for exchange.

What ages are your products designed for?
Our resources are organized by grade level and age — from early learners K-2 through grades 6-8, plus a dedicated collection for lifelong learners and seniors. Check the age/grade listed on each product page to find the right fit.
Are your books physical or digital?
Both! We offer printed workbooks and coloring books shipped right to you, as well as instant-download printables you can print at home.
How do I access my digital download after purchase?
You'll receive a download link by email immediately after checkout. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or reach out via our Contact page and we'll resend it.
Do you offer discounts for classrooms or bulk orders?
Not currently, but reach out and we're happy to discuss bulk needs.
Can I request a specific animal, theme, or grade level for a future book?
We love hearing what young learners want to see next! Send us your ideas through the Contact page — many of our best titles started as reader suggestions.
